Veterans Forging Success
Veterans helping Veterans through working together, making cold steel the old school way. Hard work, good mates, coffee, camaraderie, a few tall stories and creating handmade knives to be used by professionals. Owned by soldiers to help Veterans and their families reenter the workforce and transition into civilian life.
Diggers Program
The knives produced by the diggers program are sold to help support Australian military personnel and families during and after service.

Dusky Loop Knives is a hand made legacy item carried over from 25 years being crafted in Australia.
Now incorporated as part of the Fallen Forge now hand crafted by ex serving Australian Defence Force members as a way of supporting one another in creating positive outcomes.

Over two full days with no experience required you can be taught the art of Damascus making and pattern development.
You will receive hands on tuition using the forge, hydraulic press, grinder anvil and power hammer to forge a unique Damascus steel billet.

DVA Programs
Workshops for DVA clients and families are now running.
Our first DVA client with fully funded sessions is well under way, this program is very close to my heart, and we are looking forward to growing it into something that helps veterans and current serving defence members in Australia with our workshops running here in SA Adelaide
We have been working hard to build up and add on classes at Fallen Forge and are able to offer courses in old school skills, leather work- forging and blacksmithing, woodworking, wood turning and knifemaking with Damascus forging.
Courses are run to suit the requirements of the individual and structured for achievable outcomes and we are happy to discuss any ideas you may have for a project.
Service dogs always welcome.
This program is dedicated to my father 4718760 Pte R C Doudle, 1 st Battalion Royal Australian Regiment, Vietnam Battle of FSB Coral Veteran and Unit Citation for Gallantry (UCG) recipient.
He never complained, a proud man he lived by his word. I will always be grateful for every quiet sacrifice you made to forge us into men, I live in the hope that I don't fall short of your example.
